WHY IS THE LOGO ON MY WEBSITE SO BLURRY?

I have tried everything in regard to resizing and rescaling the logo on the top left corner, but it is still blurry. Does this mean my website header is too short and is not allowing for a higher resolution logo?

I have tried everything but I am stumped as to why the logo is still blurry despite my designer trying everything to enhance it.
