WordPress and WooCommerce handle customer accounts and orders. Depending on the form you complete, information may include your name, email address, account details, billing details, selected service, order amount, payment status, and transaction reference. We use this information to administer accounts, process orders, provide support, and maintain business records.
Payments Through PayPal
PayPal processes payments through the WooCommerce PayPal Payments integration. Information needed to process or support a payment, including order totals and billing or contact details, may be sent to PayPal. PayPal handles payment information under its own privacy policy. Our website receives order and transaction information needed to confirm payment and provide the service.

Links to WhatsApp, Messenger, Facebook, client websites, and other external services take you to services operated by third parties. Information you provide there is handled under their policies. If external content is embedded in a page, its provider may receive technical information when that content loads.
Service Providers and Data Sharing
Information may be handled by providers involved in hosting, website operation, email delivery, measurement, and payment processing, to the extent needed for those services. We do not sell personal information. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or necessary to address fraud, abuse, or a dispute.
Third-party providers may process information outside Vietnam. Their handling of information is governed by their own policies and applicable service terms.
AI-Assisted Development
WPTopD3V uses AI-assisted coding and workflow automation in development work. These tools can assist with code, debugging, and documentation. The project materials involved depend on the agreed work and the tools used; information supplied to an external AI service is handled under that provider’s terms and privacy policy. This does not mean that all website inquiries or customer orders are automatically sent to an AI service.
Data Retention
Retention depends on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected. Inquiry and project records support communication and service delivery; account, order, and payment records support account administration, business records, and dispute handling. Technical and analytics information may have separate retention periods controlled by the relevant systems or providers. Records are not necessarily deleted automatically after a fixed period.
You may contact us to request deletion. Some records may need to be retained for applicable recordkeeping obligations, an active service, or a dispute.
Privacy Requests
To request access, correction, or deletion of information held by WPTopD3V, email duy@wptopd3v.com. We may need to verify that a request relates to your information. Requests will be handled subject to applicable requirements and any necessary recordkeeping. For information held directly by PayPal, Google, or another external service, contact that provider through its privacy channels.
