We have installed a recipe plugin for our site. The plugin is named COOKED. Bought from code canyon. The plugin author have no solution to why the plugin can not do lazy loading of recipe images. He suggest it is caused by the WP theme. The plugin can now only show the first 10 images. The WP theme is the 7th child.
