Fix some issues in custom WP Bootstrap Theme

Project Brief

Navigation:n* The top navigation items which have a dropdown should not be clickable, they should just show the dropdown menu on hover.n* There's a smooth scrolling function when you're on the page and scroll to a different section via the dropdown menu. However, when you're coming from page A and navigate to an item of the dropdown menu on page B you go straight to the anchorpoint. What we would like a scroll effect from the top of the page when coming from a different page.nnAbout page:nThere's a section called "impressie" on this page, which uses the Final Tiles WordPress Gallery. It's not working now, because we're getting an error: Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(…).finalTilesGallery is not a function. This probably means that jQuery is defined more than once inside the theme, so this should be debugged.nnProjects Page:n* If you look at the projects page you can see that the projects are displayed underneath each other. After 4 projects there's a "LOAD MORE" button. We would like an AJAX loader that only displays the first three projects, and when you click the LOAD MORE button the rest of the projects are displayed underneath.
