1. Event Template – allow admin to hide the membership button like they can do on the formula page.
2. Event Template – allow admin to create a Ninja Form and enter the ID in a custom field. Then when a person hits this page and clicks "enter event" button they are asked "are you already a member" – if they click 'yes' they get taken to the generic logon, or if they click 'no' they are taken to a page with the Ninja Form ID assigned to that event.
3. Formula page – remove pagination (or change pagination to show 999 per page). Paul wants to be able to scroll all formula on one page.
