WordPress migration problem using All-in-One WP Migration

Trying to migrate to a new server.
But with Plugin ALL-IN-ONE WP, problem restoring databases at 98%. Its stuck. And i tried it with Duplicator Pro plugin, its completed. But the website always gives HTTP 500 error.
But website works fine with old server. No issues.
I know its not a big issue. Small fix. I want to do this cheapest possible. Let me know
