WordPress Member Site Error Need Help Fixing it

My wordpress membersite isn't working correctly. It won't log me out so I can see my live website outside of my membersite. Every time I log out and refresh the page, I'm logged back in. I've tried 3 different browsers.
2nd issue. The menu in the membersite is allowing my Freedom School to have access to all my other memberships that are paid memberships. I'd like the Freedom School to only have access to 3 toolbar links but when I log into that membership I have access to everything I've created.
